I said this before and I will say it again and again. Please do not ask if you can buy Spatini in your area. I have no idea the answer to this... but I would venture to say no as it is very difficult to find. Sorry!

I grew up eating this stuff almost every week! When it started disappearing from store shelves years ago, my mom found a place that sold it while traveling. She bought everything they had, and we used that supply for nearly 10 years. Not sure what the "official" shelf life is, but it still tasted great after all those years.

I have old individual packets that I have had for a few years and they still taste great. They have been kept in a dark pantry and are fine. I think once the larger packet is opened it needs to be poured into a container that can be sealed tightly.

My last box is over 10 YEARS OLD! I still use it sparingly, and it's still great. But that's just me.

The packages are fresh and received in weekly from the manufacturer. They have a code on that I am uncertain how to decode it. I have been told though that the shelf life is about 12-18 months.

You can buy it from our website if you wish. Some food distributors may carry it that sell to restaurants and such.

I think the ingredients in the Lawrys Spaghetti Sauce mix is different then Spatini. Some folks have told me that they tried it and it tasted different. I would stick with the original Spatini!
